At Southern, we’ve been in the business for over 15 years — solving problems at every kind of industrial plant. However, the team started in the industry way before that. From 1990 to 2007, Southern Welding founder Shane Boston learned every part of running, managing and maintaining industrial plants, as did much of the Southern team over the last several decades. We built the industrial services company we wanted as plant and product managers. We specialize in every aspect and component needed to keep plants and mills running — from basic mill repairs to fabricating and installing new 400 ft stacks.
