AAA Fabrication designs and builds custom fabrications in carbon, stainless, aluminium, and titanium — using CNC laser and plasma cutting tables, from small precision assemblies to large structural components. AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified. Based in Kemp, TX.
AAA Fabrication was established in 1993 in Kemp, Texas by Richard Alldredge and his father. What started as a local metal fabrication shop has grown into a full-service facility serving industrial clients across Texas and nationwide.
We build to spec, to code, and to your timeline. Our fabrication teams handle structural steel, custom ductwork, expansion joints, conveyor components, and precision assemblies across a full range of materials: carbon, stainless, aluminium, and titanium. Our CNC laser and plasma tables cut complex profiles with tight tolerances.
AS9100D and ISO 9001 certification means AAA Fabrication qualifies for aerospace and defence work alongside standard industrial applications. As part of AIS Group, our fabrication capability integrates directly with refractory, welding, and mechanical scopes across the group.
Our AS9100D and ISO 9001 certifications are not just credentials — they are the quality management system behind every part we cut, form, and deliver. Both aerospace and industrial clients rely on these standards.
Precision fabrication in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium. Structural components, pressure vessels, custom assemblies, and specialty parts built to your engineering spec and delivery schedule.
Complex profile cutting with tight tolerances on our CNC laser and plasma tables. Suitable for intricate components, high-volume runs, and profiles that cannot be achieved through conventional cutting methods.
Expansion joints, exhaust ducts, inspection doors, custom ductwork, and industrial housings fabricated in-house. If it connects, contains, or conveys something in a plant environment, we build it.
Conveyor frames, chutes, hoppers, and material handling components designed and fabricated for industrial environments. Replacement parts and full assembly fabrication available under the same scope.
In-house powder coating, sand blasting, and automated metal finishing. Components leave our facility ready to install — no third-party finishing delays, no additional coordination on your end.
Structural steel members, warehouse racks, handrails, platforms, and mezzanine structures. Fabricated to engineering drawings or designed in-house through our CAD and engineering team.
From raw material to finished component, AAA Fabrication controls every step in-house. That means one point of contact, one quality standard, and one schedule — from the first cut to the final coating.
When a component fails and your plant is waiting on a replacement, AAA Fabrication can mobilise quickly. We cut, form, and finish emergency parts on an expedited schedule to minimise your downtime window.
Expedited turnaround · Custom-built to specWe work ahead of your outage window to have components ready before your plant goes down. Sequenced with AIS Group's refractory, welding, and mechanical teams when the project spans multiple disciplines.
Outage-aligned delivery · Multi-discipline coordinationFor clients with recurring fabrication requirements — replacement parts, standard assemblies, or ongoing structural work — AAA Fabrication manages repeat orders efficiently under a standing scope or blanket arrangement.
Repeat orders · Volume pricing availableWhether it's an emergency part or a full production run, AAA Fabrication responds quickly. Contact AIS Group to reach the right team, or visit aaa-fabrication.com to learn more.
